Services: Innisfree Village offers an informal Day Program to adults who would like to participate in the cooperative, therapeutic day programming with our residents. An individualized program is set up for each participant.

Services: Peer-provided services to mental health consumers in the Charlottesville area providing a continuum of services addressing current needs and strengths.
The Drop In Center offers:
- A safe environment where folks can come, visit and feel welcome.

- Refer consumers to agencies to address medical, psychological or social needs when requested to do so by the consumer.

The AAC is a day support program for adults who are not eligible for other day support programs because of their need for intensive supports. The ratio of staff to client support is 1:4. The Center provides individualized training in daily living skills, prevocational skills, social skills and communication skills.

Once the application packet is completed, a series of trial visits will ensure. The Program Director will then submit the application and supporting information to the Quality Assurance Committee (QAC) for review. The QAC will determine if the applicant meets the eligibility requirments to be served by the program.

Exclusions: Person must not have a history of violence (verbal or physical) in last six months.Intake: Self-referral and referrals from family, therapists and case managers. Call to arrange an orientation visit, which lasts 2-3 hours. A start date and schedule are arranged with the clubhouse manager. The member selects the work unit and the staff member completes the remaining intake forms for participation.
Fees: Member Contribution Fees are Half-Day Fee - $1.50, Full-Day - $3.00

Area Served: Planning District 10
Eligibility: Adults age 18 and older who have a diagnosis of mental retardation or other developmental disability. Note: Adults who receive MR Medicaid Waiver services and participate in the production program may also participate in Day Support activities. Individuals need not be ambulatory, but they must be able to care for personal needs. Must be able to function in a staff to client ratio of 1:11.
Exclusions: Individuals who need a greater level of support due to behavior challenges. Intake: Self-referral and agency referral are accepted. Mental Retardation (MR) Waiver Referrals need to contact a Region Ten Case Manager. Developmental Disabilities (DD) Waiver Referrals need to contact a DD Services Coordinator. Individuals, who wish to private pay, may contact Diana Wilson for information and to set up an intake interview.
