Services: A range of special education services for high school students with disabilities in support of their educational program.

Transition services from high school to post-secondary education, employment and/or adult services.

Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mon. - Fri.

Area Served: Albemarle County

Eligibility: High school student residing within limits of AHS with an identified disability. Special education services through age 21.

Intake: Enroll in AHS with a current IEP or Request assessment and identification of a disability.
