Services: A range of special education services for high school students with disabilities in support of their educational program.Transition services from high school to post-secondary education, employment and/or adult services.

Eligibility: High schools students residing within limits of LCHS with an identified disabilitySpecial education services through age 21.

Intake: Enroll in LCHS with a current IEP or Request assessment and identification of a disability.
