Services: A range of special education services for high school students with disabilities in support of their educational program.Transition services from high school to post-secondary education, employment and/or adult services.

Area Served: Nelson County
Eligibility: High schools students residing within limits of NCHS with an identified disability. Special education services through age 21.
Intake: Enroll in NCHS with a current IEPorRequest assessment and identification of a disability.
