Services: Transition services for students with moderate and severe disabilities from school to adult services.

Program focus includes:

Vocational Training
Independent Living Skills
Community Living Skills
Functional Academics

Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mon. - Fri.

Area Served: Albemarle County and City of Charlottesville

Eligibility: Students with moderate and severe disabilities, age 18-22 who have completed their high school program.Students residing in Albemarle County or Charlottesville

Intake: Referral from public high school in Albemarle County or City of Charlottesville.

Fees: None - Charlottesville City pays $15,440/year tuition for city students to attend the program.
