Apprenticeship programs:

Work full time, get paid, go to school one night a week. Many times the employer will pay for your schooling. For more information, go to http://www.doleta.gov/atels_bat/ or contact Bruce Bosselman at 973-1945. There are over 300 occupations that are apprenticeable, most are in the trades but there are a number of options, such as optician, surveyor... Apprentices make money from the start and get regular raises as their skills develop. A great option for students who would like to work full time and understand they need to continue to improve their skills.
