Services:

Vocational Services include:

• Job Exploration to assess an individual's interests, skills and goals
• Job Development to find the right job placement
• Job Coaching to provide on-the-job training and support as needed
• Follow-Along job coaching services

Hours:

Office Hours -8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mon. - Fri.
Service Hours - Vary with client's needs

Planning District 10

Eligibility:

Persons with serious mental illness

Intake:

Referral from Region Ten Case Management and Department of Rehabilitative Services (DRS)

Intake will begin with an interview with the consumer and Region Ten or DRS case manager.
