Eligibility:

Students age 16 and older receiving special education services and adults who have barriers to employment.
Individuals who given sufficient training and support will be able to work independently in the community.
Individuals must have a funding stream and be able to arrange own transportation.

Intake:

Referrals for services may be made by Department of Rehabilitative Services (DRS), Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired (DBVI), the Department of Social Services (DSS) or the school systems.
The referral process begins by contacting the appropriate agency for an intake interview. The intake process will obtain information on a person's interests, strengths and limitations as well as written consent for pertinent records to aid in eligibility review.

Fees:

Being financially eligible for services through DRS, DBVI, or DSS usually will mean that an individual will not have to pay for services.
Fee for services as set through Department of Rehabilitative Services (DRS) is $56.73/per hour.
