Counselors and Support
There are many people who can talk with you about options for your future. Professional counselors are available through a variety of sources. The Department of Rehabilitative Services (DRS) provides counselors and resources for the transition from school to adult life as described in the Virginia DRS Transition Services Guide.
Some of these include:
Schools, Departments of Social Services, Vocational Rehabilitation Agencies, as well as other public and private organizations and support groups.
