Eligibility: For amputees, and their friends and families.
Intake: Self-referral
Services: Resource group for amputees and their families; monthly support group meeting. Trained peer visitors are available to visit new or prospective amputees in hospitals or other settings. Wheelchair accessible.

Services: To improve the quality of life for infants, children and adults with or at risk of mental retardation or developmental disabilities, through service, advocacy and education.
Programs include: Adult Activity Center, Community Living, Infant Development Program, and Mental Retardation Advocacy and Education Program. Wheelchair accessible and on bus line.

Intake: Self-referral. Application required for financial assistance.
Services: Resource center for persons with disabilities which provides peer counseling, independent living skills training an advocacy program, consumer groups, and sign language instruction. Offers limited financial assistance to qualified applicants. Emphasis on creating a community environment which allows persons with disabilities to live as independently as they choose. Wheelchair accessible and on bus line.

Services: Provide direct services to the mentally disabled and their families and/or caregivers. Provides information on community risks and needs for mental health; provided through the community education forums, public presentations and working groups. On bus line
